Dr. Fazylov earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2020, following his Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Hunter College. He completed a General Practice Residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, NY, where he gained broad experience in restorative, surgical, and emergency dental care.

To further his expertise, Dr. Fazylov completed a Periodontal Residency in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. His advanced training covered the diagnosis and management of periodontal diseases, soft and hard tissue regeneration, implant placement, sinus lift procedures, and complex full-mouth rehabilitation. He also developed proficiency in digital workflows and guided surgery techniques.
